【研究空間】113學年度竹師教育學院全職博士生研究座位申請至113816日止

一、申請對象:竹師教育學院全職博士生。

二、空間說明:院全職博生研究室目前規劃於N523(共有6個研究座位),以及應科大樓4405(共有11個研究座位)(若申請人數超過6位才開放4405)

三、申請方式:

()即日起至113816日止將提交座位申請表暨切結書,逾期恕不受理。

    ()申請資料繳交方式如下:

1. 實體申請:將申請資料交至學院辦公室門口公文置放籃內(綜合教學大樓4N412辦公室)

2. 線上申請,需檢附檔案如下:

(1) 座位申請表暨切結書:填寫完後將申請書存成電子檔PDF

(2)  已獲所屬系所(系行政同仁或主管)同意申請的對話紀錄email電子檔。

(3) 指導教授同意申請的對話紀錄email電子檔。

請將申請資料寄至學院信箱(hctc@my.nthu.edu.tw),主旨格式:「系所名稱/姓名/申請全職博士生研究座位」,學院收到申請資料後7天內會回覆收到,若無請主動聯繫。

    (學院將於8月底前進行座位抽籤,請尊重抽籤結果,無法接受者請勿申請。

四、使用說明:

    () 申請者使用期間為11399日至114630日止

    () 本空間為寶貴資源,為提升使用效益,學院將不定時進行抽查,若發現使用頻率不高,或有違反使用規定者,學院有權終止使用權。

    ()  114631日前請使用者清空個人物品,並將鑰匙繳回學院,未完成清理之物品將視為廢棄物處理,並取消使用者下一學年度申請資格。

七、備註:

    (若使用者若為境外生已離境,請聯絡所屬系所或同學協助清理保留您的物品並規還鑰匙,未於期限前完成清理之物品將視為廢棄物處理。

    (因應竹師教育學院新大樓搬遷相關規劃,113學年度使用期間暫訂至114630日,依實際情況進行使用期限提醒通知。

    (由於新大樓預計於1149月開學正式啟用,亦設有博士生研究空間,若114學年度有意申請繼續使用空間者,將會隨新大樓搬遷及環境整理進度調整開放申請時程,依實際情況進行通知。

 

Full-time PhD Study RoomApplication Deadline is August 16, 2024

1. Applicants: Full-time PhD students of College of Education

2. Description:

General Education Building N523, with a total of 6 seats.

Applied Science Building 4405, with a total of 11 seats. (It will be opened depending on the application situation) 

 

3. How to apply:

3.1 Submit the application form and affidavit from now until August 16,2024. Overdue will not be accepted.

3.2 The method of submitting application materials is as follows:

3.2.1 Submit the application documents to the official document basket at the entrance of the college office (N412) ( Office on the 4F of the 綜合教學大樓)

          3.2.2  Also students are welcomed to apply through online application.  The documents to be attached are as follows:

(a) Application form and affidavit: After filling out, save the application form as a PDF.

(b) The electronic dialogue record (email copy) that has been approved by the department administrator or supervisor, and electronic dialogue record approved by the advisor.

Please send the application to College of Education by e-mail to hctc@my.nthu.edu.tw.  The subject line please mark "Department/ Name/ Application for full-time PhD research seat". The college will reply within 7 days after receiving the application. If not, please feel free to contact us.

3.2.3 The college will conduct a lottery for seats in early September. Please respect the result of the lottery. Do not apply if you cannot accept the result of the lottery.

4. Usage regulations of the study room

4.1 The application period for applicants is from September 9, 2024 to June 30, 2025.

4.2 This study room is a valuable resource. In order to improve the efficiency of use, the college will conduct random inspections. If it is found that the frequency of use is low, the college has the right to terminate the use.

4.3 Before June 31, 2025, users are required to empty their personal belongings and return the keys to the college office. Items that have not been cleaned up will be treated as waste, and users will be disqualified from applying for the next academic year.

7. Remarks

(1) If the user is a foreign student who cannot enter Taiwan, please contact the department to assist in cleaning up or keeping your items. Items that have not been cleaned up before the deadline will be treated as waste.    

(2) In response to the plans related to the relocation of the new building of College of Education, the use period of the 2024 academic year is tentatively scheduled to June 30,2025. A reminder notice of the use period will be made based on the actual situation.

(3) Since the new building is expected to be officially opened in September 2025, it will also have a research space for doctoral students. If you intend to apply for continued use of the study room in the next academic year, the opening application time will be adjusted according to the progress of the new building's relocation and environmental improvement. Notify the situation.
