National Tsing Hua University College of Education Graduate Scholarship - Full-time Doctoral Student Scholarship

According to the operating rules for graduate scholarships and bursaries of the College of Education, National Tsing Hua University

• 發給對象資格：限本院研究生，但有下列情形者，不得請領本獎學金。

Eligibility: only graduate students of our college. However, those who fall under the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for this scholarship.

1. 1. 以大學校院招收大陸地區學生聯合招生管道入學。

University colleges recruit students from mainland China through joint admissions channels..

1. 2. 於公私立機構從事專職工作。

Engage in full-time jobs in public and private institutions.

•  全時博士生助學金/ Full-time doctoral student scholarship：

限全時(無專職)就讀本院之博士生提出申請，以一至四年級為原則，申請人須獲得指導教授承諾指導研究，且指導教授應為本院專任教師，願意指導申請人從事研究工作者。

Applications are limited to full-time (non-full-time) doctoral students studying in our college, based on the principle of first to fourth grade. The applicant must obtain the commitment of the advisor to guide the research, and the advisor should be a full-time teacher of the college and be willing to guide the applicant in research work.

每學年申請一次，且不得再領本院其他獎助學金，實際核發金額及核發月數，由學院另組成審查委員會核定。

You apply once per academic year and are not allowed to receive other scholarships and bursaries from the college. The actual amount and number of months to be awarded will be determined by a separate review committee formed by the college.

1. 經指導教授同意提供配合款者，本院得給予同等比例之助學金，以每月一萬元為上限。若指導教授無提供配合款，則採競爭型態，由指導教授提出推薦函，經審核通過後給予助學金，以每月一萬五千元為上限。

If the advisor agrees to provide matching funds, the school may provide an equal proportion of stipends, with a maximum limit of 10,000 yuan per month. If the advisor does not provide matching funds, a competitive approach will be adopted. The advisor will submit a recommendation letter, and a stipend will be awarded after review and approval, with a maximum limit of 15,000 yuan per month.

2. 申請檢附文件：附申請書上所需文件，指導教師及申請人所屬系所應切實審查申請人之資格條件是否符合規定及所送申請文件是否完備。

Documents attached to the application: Attach the required documents to the application form. The instructor and the applicant's department should carefully review whether the applicant's qualifications meet the requirements and whether the submitted application documents are complete.

3. 申請期限：依學院公告期間向本院提出申請，本院依當年度研究生獎助學金經費核定，使用至編列經費用完為止。

Application period: Apply to the college according to the announcement period of the college. The college will determine the graduate scholarship and bursary funds for the current year and use them until the allocated funds are exhausted.

4. 通過申請之學生，如有休學或申請後有專職者，應主動通知院辦公室，於事實發生次月取消得獎資格，取消資格後不再恢復獲獎資格。

If a student who has passed the application has taken a leave of absence or has become a full-time employee after applying, he/she should proactively notify the college office. The award will be disqualified in the month following the occurrence of the fact. After disqualification, the award qualification will not be reinstated.

5. 一年級博士生學習計畫須於申請前與指導教授充份討論，二年級以上博士生須有具體的研究成果始得申請。

First-year doctoral students must fully discuss their study plans with their advisors before applying. Second-year and above doctoral students must have specific research results before they can apply.

• 申請期限：申請人請依各系所公告日期繳交資料至系所進行初審，由系所協助繳交至學院。

Application deadline: Applicants should submit the materials to the department for preliminary review according to the date announced by each department. The department will assist in submitting the materials to the college.

• 申請指定繳交文件：(以下文件請掃描成一個檔案，並將電子檔寄至承辦人信箱。)

Application for designated payment documents: (Please scan the following documents into a file and send the electronic file to the organizer's mailbox.)

• 獲獎學生需繳交學習成果。

Awarded students are required to submit their learning results.
